THE SALON SERIES
Rotating Venues
Each season we inhabit a different venue, chosen to compliment the salon’s theme. Past salons have been held at Chapel Bar, DOM, and The Red Pavilion.
Signature Cocktails
Each event will feature a sumptuous signature cocktail. Creative cocktails such as the Elixir of Youth which was featured at our “Fountain of Youth Salon”.
Installations
Each salon features an installation in line with the theme of the vent. Installations serve as another opportunity to feature our artists and give them creative liberties. Our “Fountain of Youth Salon” incorporated a functional centerpiece of a live tree designed by Aurelians artist Benjamin Beardon.
The Salon Series is an immersive artistic nightlife experience inspired by the Parisian salons of the 1920s. This sold-out series features a cabaret-esque show of up-and-coming darlings of the art world and new voices featuring The Aurelians Collective catalogue of artists. These seasonal events each cater to a theme such as The Fountain of Youth or Saturnalia, the SS24 iteration being Celestial Bodies. Lineups are rife with musical performance, immersive theatre, visual art, and readings of poetry. The salons then devolve into a night of revelry overseen by cool-kid DJs.
These evenings offer a unique setting for patrons and industry professionals to experience new and experimental work by some of the city’s most inspired talent, while nurturing community and support for emerging and underrepresented artists.

Each salon will be commemorated with a collectible pin included as a gift with purchase for all ticket holders. These chic pins lend themselves to collecting as well as bag accessorizing.
Fashion
With the Aurelians Collective resident designers and costumers, our salon themes serve as a platform to showcase their unique collections and cutting-edge design concepts tailored to each theme. One standout amongst our talented members is Maya Lake, a rising star from Parsons, who has assumed the role of costume designer for past and present salons. You can see her recent designs featured in our last salon “The Fountain of Youth”. Further, these events serve as an unparalleled dress up opportunity, ever providing imaginative dress codes.
